The book I finished late last night, The Doctor's Wife by Elizabeth Brundage, was so intense. It's not a book that I'd recommend, although I think it's masterful. It is just a crazy story and I felt a little insane while I read it. So I'll admit that Brundage is a fabulous author, but the book messed with my head. I've been in a weird, dazed mood all day. Strange the kind of power the written word can have on your thoughts and feelings...

Does anyone else feel like Facebook and Twitter have exploded over the last few months? I certainly do. I've been on Facebook for a little over 4 years now, so I just found that trend humorous. But since I have an aversion to being a "band wagon" person in any aspect of life, I had determined not to join Twitter. Then, Adiel reminded me I already had a Twitter account. Apparently I signed up about a year ago and I don't even recall doing so! Anyway, I know this is cheating, but since my ACCOUNT wasn't created as a response to the latest trend, I'm going to ignore the fact that my increased participation IS.
So what's your story? Do you have any raving things to say about Twitter or Facebook? Are you a part of either social networking site and I don't know it yet? Do you want to follow me? Let me know!
